How do I schedule residential garbage pickup service, and how much does it cost?

When will your dumpster come to pick up my trash?
Our regular waste collection includes weekly pickup. The garbage pickup schedule also depends on your location. When you get our services, we’ll give you a pickup schedule, and our team will pick up the garbage according to it.
What can I put in my garbage?
Our regular weekly waste collection includes the weekly trash that you generate. Food items, boxes, your kitchen sink trash can, and your weekly recycling. (Note: Recycling should be placed in your designated recycling cart).
Which items shouldn't I put in my weekly garbage pickup?
Don’t place recyclable items, batteries, oils, electronics, furniture, large appliances, chemicals, drywall, bricks, or construction debris. For any of these, you can reach out to our team and schedule a special pickup service.
How do I arrange pickup for heavy or special items, such as furniture or electronics?
For special pickups, contact us by phone or request an estimate via our website. We will schedule a safe, compliant pickup for any special or heavy items.
What sizes of carts do you provide, and which should I choose?
We provide 95-gallon carts. We provide one 95-gallon cart for your trash, and one 95-gallon cart for your recycling.
Recycling & Disposal Guidelines
Which items and materials are recyclable?
Some of the items we accept through our single-stream pickup include:
- Paper products: Newspapers, magazines, junk mail, office paper, and mixed paper.
- Cardboard: Boxes should be empty of all plastic or polystyrene packing and should be flattened.
- Fiberboard:Cereal boxes, cracker boxes, frozen food boxes, etc.
- Aseptic Packaging:Milk cartons, O.J. cartons, etc.
- Glass:Includes only food and beverage containers. No metal lids, broken glass, drinking glasses, Pyrex, mirrors, light bulbs, or window or auto glass should be included.
- Metal: Includes food and beverage containers with lids and caps removed. Do not include paint cans, coat hangers, or other metal household items.
- Plastics #1–#6: Includes plastic food and beverage containers only. Can add containers marked with these labels: PETE, HDPE, V, LDPE, PP, and PS. No plastics under 2 inches or bigger than 3 gallons.
Can I recycle films or plastic bags?
No. Plastic bags or films cannot be recycled, so don’t put them in the recycling cart. Never place recycling in plastic bags.
How do I get rid of oil, batteries, or electronics?
Which items shouldn't I put in my recycling pickup?
You should not put plastic bags, food waste, ceramics, oil, batteries, Styrofoam, clothing, or electronics in your recycling pickup.
